Not strictly speaking a trawler, this yacht deserves a mention if only for the fact that she is the last known surving example of a once thriving shipbuilding industry at Fleetwood, Mauna Loa being one of many vessels built at Fleetwood by Armours. Artifacts from the vessel are on display at Fleetwood Museum.

Having recently undergone a refit in the south of France, Mauna Loa is now owned by the Duke of Westminster and was last heard of operating around Tobermory and Oban.
