Les Howard's Model of Boston Typhoon

This is Les' second model. The first one was an Achroite look alike but this one is the first Boston Typhoon. Les informs me that this model has working lights, smoke coming from the funnel and engine noises. The length of the vessel will be 56 inches long and weighs 42 pounds. Les intends to sail her.

The hull construction is underway with internal bracing and forecastle bulkhead fitted.
Looking aft on the model the winch bed can be seen as can the gallows
After considerable work the model is starting to look good.
