April 09 1948Launched by J. Lewis & Sons Ltd, Aberdeen (Yd.No.210) for J. Marr & Son Ltd, Hull as THORNELLA . Contract price £84220.
1948Completed. Registered at Hull (H582).
October 1952On a Greenland trip (Sk. Charlie O'Neil). Recovered eight bodies in the sea from NORMAN (H289) stranded on an uncharted reef off the Greenland coast and landed them at Scrabster.
1953Returned to Hull with extensive weather damage to wheelhouse.
1954Sold to Northern Fishing Co (Hull) Ltd, Hull (Hellyer Bros Ltd, managers). Renamed BANQUO (H582).
October 1957Arrested by Icelandic gunboat THOR for alleged illegal fishing of Langanes peninsula, NE coast of Iceland (Sk. Joseph Jennings).
October 16 1957At Reykjavik, Sk. Jennings was fined £1800.
1967Transferred within the Associated Fisheries Group to Wyre Trawlers Ltd, Fleetwood. Registered at Fleetwood (FD99).
September 1967Sold for demolition by Van Heyghen Freres S.A., Ghent. (after only one trip from Fleetwood).
