Launched by Smith's Dock Co Ltd, South Bank-on-Tees, Middlesbrough (Yd.No.420) for John H. Dove, Milford Haven as G.M.

Completed. Registered at Milford (M47).


April 22 1912Off St.Ann's Head picked up part crew of steamer Ashantee (Chief Officer and ten men), West Africa-Liverpool, disabled with broken propeller shaft who had left the ship to seek assistance. Landed them at Milford..
 

 
August 1914Requisitioned for war service and converted for minesweeping duties (Ad.No.308).
 

 
1919Returned to owners.
 

 
1919Sold to Tudor Steam Trawlers Ltd, Fleetwood (Joseph A. Taylor, manager).
