| December 23 1955 | Ran aground in a snowstorm on the island of Socroeya, 60 miles west of Hammerfest, half the crew were saved, nine of them were lost, as was the pilot. She was salvaged, but the story was she had refloated herself and was found at sea, floating up side down, the lost men were all in the cabin. She was towed back to Hull |
