July 17 1915 Launched by Cochrane & Sons Ltd, Selby (Yd.No.634) for J. Marr & Son Ltd, Fleetwood as JACINTA.
November 22 1915Registered at Fleetwood (FD235).
December 1915Completed. Requisitioned from the builders and fitted out as minesweeper (Ad.No.1976).
October 23 1918Re-registered at Fleetwood (FD235).
1919Returned.
October 14 1932In the early hours, struck submerged rock eight miles off Rathlin Island, losing all blades on her propeller. Taken in tow by DORINDA (FD198).
October 15 1932Arrived Fleetwood.
May 1940Requisitioned for war service and converted for auxiliary patrol duties (P.No.4.138).
May 26 - June 04 1940 At Dunkirk evacuation.
March 1942Converted to a minesweeper.
January 1944Converted for wreck dispersal duties based at Sheerness and assigned to Operation Neptune - Normandy landings; held in readyness at Sheerness.
July 03 1944Operation Neptune ended.
1944Sold to H. B. Ingram, Fleetwood for £10500.
May 1946Returned.
1953Sold for demolition.
