May 1914Requisitioned by The Admiralty from the builders and fitted out as a bomb thrower and minesweeper and equipped with hydrophone (Ad.No.1513).
1919Returned.
1922Sold to J. Marr & Son Ltd, Fleetwood for £8500.
December 23 1924On West Coast of Iceland grounds, in gale conditions lost lifeboat and sustained damage to wheelhouse.
