Profile: First went to sea at age 12 on Boston Canberra, subsequently joined Merchant Navy and sailed for Blue Star. Emigrated to Australia and lived there for 10 years. Returned to UK and now live in Leyland and run The Bosun's Watch as part of Fleetwood Maritime Heritage Trust.
