Renamed FRIESLAND (PG365).<br \/>\n4.4.1940:  Captured with two other trawlers by HMS HOSTILE (P.No.H55) in position 70.06.5N 17.01.5E off the Norwegian coast. Crew of thirteen plus one woman (clandestine passenger).<br \/>\n12.4.1940:  Brought in to a NE Scottish port by a prize crew.<br \/>\n1940:  Fitted out as a minesweeper and commissioned into RN (P.No.FY.1663).<br \/>\n1946:  Sold to Kelvin Trawlers Ltd, Glasgow.  Registered at Leith as KELVINWAY (LH191) (O.N.181185).<br \/>\n1946:  Remeasured  277g  125n.<br \/>\n10.1947:  Leith registry closed.<br \/>\n8.10.1947:  Registered at Aberdeen (A454).<br \/>\n20.9.1948:  Off Start Point, Sanday, Orkney struck by heavy seas, Skipper and mate dead and others injured.  Put in to Kirkwall.<br \/>\n5.11.1951:  Aberdeen registry closed.<br \/>\n11.1951:  Registered at Fleetwood (FD117).<br \/>\n4.9.1952:  Last trip.  Laid up.<br \/>\n11.1952:  Sold to BISCO and allocated to Thos. W. Ward Ltd, Sheffield for breaking up.<br \/>\n3.1.1953:  Arrived Barrow.
