Henry Melling, Preston appointed manager.<br \/>\n11.1915:  Completed.  Requisitioned from the builders for war service and fitted out as a minesweeper (1-3pdr) (Ad.No.3223).<br \/>\n23.4.1916:  Based Sheerness. Mined and lost near the Elbow Light Buoy off Broadstairs, Kent.  Mine laid by U.boat (UC7).
