J. Munro as agent) to bring drifters with trawlers as escorts to UK for lay-up in Muirtown Basin, Caledonian Canal, Inverness prior to sale and possible refit for classification as steam trawlers (The Rose Street Foundry &#038; Engineering Co Ltd letter dated 12 April 1920).<br \/>\n1921:  Brought over at The Admiralty\u2019s expense for lay-up.<br \/>\n1.1926:  Still laid up.<br \/>\n2.1926:  Rejected offer for all remaining trawlers of \u00a32,000 each (B. Allenby, Aberdeen letter dated 10 Feb 1926).<br \/>\n8.1926:  Sold \u201cas is\u201d to Boston Deep Sea Fishing &#038; Ice Co Ltd, Grimsby (Fred. Parkes, Blackpool, manager).<br \/>\n22.9.1926:  Registered at Fleetwood as WELLVALE (FD140).<br \/>\n20.5.1927:  Sold to Arthur S. Bowlby, Harlow (Edward D. W. Lawford c\/o Iago Steam Trawlers Ltd, Milford Haven, manager).  Continued to fish from Fleetwood.<br \/>\n1932:  Laid up at Fleetwood.<br \/>\n8.11.1932:  Sold to Boston Deep Sea Fishing &#038; Ice Co Ltd, Fleetwood (Basil A. Parkes, Cleveleys, manager).<br \/>\n5\/6\/7.1933:  Chartered for by Italian Government to provide support for a trans Atlantic flight involving 20 to 30 aeroplanes.<br \/>\n6.4.1935:  Arrived Fleetwood on evening tide in tow of AUTHORPE (FD91) having sustained crank shaft damage on the fishing grounds.<br \/>\n12.9.1939:  Missing since this date.  \u201cPresumed sunk by enemy action\u201d.<br \/>\n16.9.1939:   Believed lost off the Hebrides by U-boat action, but not recorded (U.35 was in the area); Sk.
